Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we hear most on the first call.

How soon can you come out?

We usually dispatch the same day for emergencies and within 2-3 business days for scheduled work. A real person answers our after-hours line — not a bot, not an answering service. Call us and we'll tell you on the first call.

What does the 50% profit-back guarantee actually mean?

If we go over our quoted timeline or bust the estimate, you get 50% of our profit on that job back. In writing. A guarantee we haven't seen anywhere else in Northern Colorado.

Do your electricians earn commission?

No. Every Three Crowns electrician is salaried. They get paid the same whether they recommend a $200 outlet repair or a $20,000 rewire. This directly neutralizes the upsell pressure you get from franchise electricians.

Are you licensed and insured?

Fully licensed by the Colorado State Electrical Board, bonded, and insured with comprehensive general liability and workers' comp. Every quote, invoice, and truck carries the license number.
